I think this precept means that if you fill yourself with happiness and kindness then you will be happy & kind. But if you fill yourself with anger & hatred you will be a grumpy person.

I think it means the actions you do are stuffed in the way you act like if you do kind actions then you are stuffed with kindness, but if you do bad actions then you are filled with bad actions.

I think it means that, if you fill yourself with kindness, you will turn out to be kind, have lots of friends and be popular. But if you think mean thoughts and fill yourself with meanness, you will be mean and that is the way people will think of you. If you fill yourself with kindness, you will be filled with joy and happiness, but if you are filled with meanness, you may be grumpy and disliked.

I think this means that if you work hard on a thing then you will be that thing like you would wanna learn more about that one thing like if you only practice football then you would wanna learn how to do a skill or how to do knuckeball

I think that this for me is I choose to be good some people like terrorists like to be bad so they filled there selves bad stuff just to make themselves happy.But other fill themselves with stuff there great full for and that is a real good person.
